FAILED. Landscaping not in the back yard on either duplex. The landscaping in the front is not the same as the plans that were approved by the City. No bark, two existing trees that were required to be left have been taken out, shrubs in front not there.....I left a correction notice that an updated landscape plan needs to be approved and once that is completed bonding could be done.
