Scott and I met and did a preliminary inspection. The sprinkler system is currently operational. However there have apparently been wall layout and ceiling type changes. There have been pipe routing changes. Combustible spaces have no protection. A full re-submittal is needed to give an accurate representation of the actual wall and piping layout which needs to include new hydraulic calculations.

I spoke to the owner about the outstanding fire life safety items. It appears that the fire extinguishers have been serviced and we are just waiting for the door hardware to be addressed. The owner stated that work should be complete with-in two weeks.
