No call from concrete contractor that they had no intension of pouring footing. I arrived to find that the excavation for footings was done on Monday. The average daily temp has been 23 degrees for last 2 days. The ground is frozen, and workers are covering it with plastic covering. There are 2 propane heaters staged for future use. It took me 1 hr to find this site. I called concrete contractor (sergio) and any phone # I could find for Brigjhton Homes. No return calls.

Front and back door or being replace with bigger doors so the walls are being cut to widen the spaces.
Doors are not being installed at this time .....shipped wrong sizes. Talked to Kacey from View Point Windows and the Homeowner. Verbal.....permit will be required if framing is changed to accept a larger window.

Requires special inspection.....3,000 to 4,000 psi concrete. Plans were not stamped approved. cannot pour without forms and subgrade at min. 35 degrees. Cannot pour without external heat source. "cold Weather conditions" three consecutive days will be less than 40 degrees. last night 18 degrees.....next three days 21-10 24-18 26-20. Need to maintain min. 50 degrees for min. 3 days. above per ACI 306 standard for cold weather concrete.
