Oldest plans found on site dated 2008. Wall removed at level 1 at top of stair to basement. All outdoor emergency lighting missing at each exit, emergency lighting for stairs moved to top and bottom of stair instead of mid level as drawn. Life safety will determine if lighting sufficient. Breaker blanks needed to level 1 panel. Elevator or lift room not being installed.
