12-22-06 Three trees need to be planted along with several plants in each bedding area. Some of the planting areas are small and planting all the plants will croud the other plants. Requested that they bond for the plants and this would allow them to obtain a Temporary Occupancy. Before Final Occupance can be given they will need to submit an updated landscape plan for the changes of the trees and plants. Correction Notice given. Did not require a reinspection fee this time but did advise Dave that I would on the other buildings if landscape was not per the approved plans.
