Yard post indicator tamper switch reported as a trouble open circut, plans do not match installation- noted five tamper switches and two flow switches have been added due to a PIV, antifreeze loop and DCVA not shown on plans, FACP has been relocated, floor control valves are now located in the riser room. Waterflow switch/outside bell repaired while on site. An approved plan modification will be necessary.
