Home construction complete and is occupied. Landscaping and stabilization not yet complete. Some site clean up and material removal aslo remains. Not yet ready for site final.
There is a stormwater drainaige issue on the back of house and some sediment is being transported to the neighbors yard and patio.
Needs to be fixed; settled between homeowners/home builder.

Silt fence not yet fixed. No activity at site. The sediment and dirt behind silt fence did not go into swale. Will check back this week, currently site is stable. No trackout or discharges.

Jackson's remodel complete. BLD finaled. The drainage swale behind store is actually owned by neighbor, but Jackson's agreed to landscape it. Work was near completion before bad weather hit in November. RP Kenny provided update that the swale will be completed in the spring time when weather allows.
No sediment runoff leaving site. Swale drain does appear to be filled with mud.
Correction issued to Kenny:
-shovel/sweep small pile of dirt on sidewalk into the swale
- check in with ESC division when project is complete.
Kenny said he will make correction today and check on site.
