East Valley sub is in good condition. No new erosion rills on hillsides and banks observed. Lined concrete washout, drop inlet protection, and fiber wattles at discharge/low points have been installed.

1 correction:

Clean out inlet protection mat and dirt on gutter and street at the southwest corner where fiber wattles have been overwhelmed. Need to consider installing additional BMPs here,such as a silt fence.

Section of Greenbelt through subdivision is submerged. This is due to the fact rain came during landscaping operations and prior to installation of area drains for that area. Hunter Homes RP Chad stated landscaping will be finished once conditions allow and that the water will be removed via pump and hose and land applied or directed to Lucky Harris sub private onsite drainage system.

No discharges offsite or trackout off site observed, some within interior of sub due to ongoing/interupted landscaping.

Will continue to monitor. PW coming to inspect drainage design.

Informed Dave of irrigation district concerns about easement. Checked site and did not see any work on irrigation ditch channel or site.

Some trackout to Shelly needs to be swept. No other violations observed.

Requested that trackout be swept and that Andersen Construction get in contact with NMID.
