- road in front of lot has been swept
Corrections remaining:
- trench in wattles in the upper and lower
discharge points above and below rock staging/parking area
- place 1-2 gravel bag check dams to capture any loose sediment/sand in runoff from site. Water flows down street to open vegetated lot before reaching Highland View Drive.
- noted that much of the trackout initially observed is actually an existing mixture of leaves and sand, not related to construction. This could have been discussed in the Site Prep inspection that was not called in.
Note
- Special Investigation Fee issued by Evan Jenkins due to issues responded to 12/18 and 12/21, 12/22.
- Stop Work Order was issued and work continued simultaneously with corrective action work.
- Reinspection fee issued due to Site Preparation inspection needed to remove SWO tag on site.
Fines are be due by January 8th 2016.
GC Travis Perry needs to renew RP license.
Parcel tag and SWO removed, will inspect at end of day for clean up and completion of corrections listed above.

Site walk through and SWPPP review with RP Bruce and project manager Dennis with CM Company.
BMPs installed/implemented include perimter sediment control wattles, rock construction entrance with rumble bars to prevent tracking, a SWPPP binder on site with regular inspections. Ecopan concrete washout will be utilized for concrete work at site. Not yet on site.
Dewatering plan has been included in SWPPP with groundwater predicted to be at 5-9 feet at time of utility and foundation work. Current plan calls for pumping water into the irrigation canal that runs underground along the north side of site. Additional turbidity reduction measures are listed if needed as well as discharging into an onsite swale.
Construction to begin after beginning of the year.

Site preveiously prepped and is approved for staging for footing work to begin in early January. Tuffy and Big D excavation on site.
Corrections:
- install 1 DI bag on Myrtle and 6th to receive runoff from Broad Street east of construction by Trader Joes. All of DIs have inlet protection.
- site is already pit run should not be too muddy, but construction entrance may require additional rock or rumble bars.
VM left Jim, discussed BMps with Dustin. Awaiting call from Jim.
