BLD and home is now occupied. Bond issued for hillside revegetation - will probably wait for spring. Sidewalks and streets have been cleaned. Perimeter wattles on back of house at Draco have been reinstalled and gravel walkway installed to prevent trackout. ESC permit will stay open till stabilzation/revegetation.

Two new drainage culverts were recently installed to improve drainage at site after large rain. The pipes discharge to the south side of Warm Springs to the cow pastures. Not connected to Warm Springs CreeK ->Boise River. Silt fence has be installed around the inlets to capture some sediment. No longer draining.
Designated stormwater settling ponds are still full and draining. The end of pipe discharge goes into the pasture and is still flowing. Water is very muddy but not going to a waterway.(land application). Ponds are not yet complete.
Correction: Need to clean up trackout on Greenbelt, Old Hickory and some of Warm Springs.

Parking lots in staging area and west side parking lot have been cleaned up and have rock base installed to keep mud down. Much improved. Silt fence and DI protection in good condition.
Significant amount of loose sediment on Council Springs and surrounding area so still getting a lot of trackout of sediment from the the west entrance to Terraces.
Sweeper was onsite, but site still needs to continue to make changes to prevent trackout.
