substandard renters complaint: On 12/18/06 came home in the evening to find water line had burst in ceiling. As a result there is hole in ceiling and water damage to structure. meeting with renter and jim storey, found repaired water line in the ceiling, looked like the insulation had blocked heat from line. needs access to shutoff valve to unit.
