Three of the four door need adjusting for self closure, provide apartment numbers. The smoke detector in the east bedroom of the first floor north apartment does not sound clearly and I was unable to test the smoke detector in the vaulted ceiling of the second floor south apartment.

Hydro test failed due to new heads needing added. Atleast one head is needed on the east side of the riser room and another to provide column protection per Chapter 12. Provide flexible couplings for the 4" riser piping at the racks. I notified the general contractor that there can be no storage below the stairs or sprinkler protection will be required. Also there are many screws for the rack piping hangers that are not ran all the way into the supporting structure.
