I spoke to the contractor and to the new owner about this project. I let both know that it is not ready for a final or a temporary at this point in time. The fire sprinkler permit has not been issued and work performed, missing fire extinguishers, missing exit sign/emergency lights, missing ceiling tile (heat trap), testing of the existing exit signs/emergency lights, missing doors and hardware, need verification of annual inspections of the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, small documents missing. I let both gentlemen know that for a temporary occupancy an agreement would need to be approved by both the building code and fire code officials. This same information, for a temporary, had been previously emailed to Treasure Valley Fire Protection last week.


We are looking to get a temporary occupancy signature. The owner of the building that will be occupying this space once the minor TI is complete has to be out of his current leased space by December 31st 2016 and needs to move into this new space.
