responded to complaint from ACHD, c/n issued to address the following: sediment barrier is needed along front of houses along Crescent Rim to prevent slope from washing into street, access control is need along properties on Ruby St., ESC signs need posted, mud must be removed from ROW, and trash manangement is needed. Must be completed by 12-29-05 or stop work may be issued. Contacted RP, will follow up.
