1) Need approved copy of manaul J on site
2) Missing nail plates on dryer duct, and lineset
3) Need a ladder on site to access equipment in attic
4) Missing fresh air to return plenum
5) Need a solid floor walk way from attic access to equipment platform thats not less then 24" wide
