Verbal to RP and Hard Rock:
If you choose to work in the weaher conditions of a thaw, provide weighted sediment barriers on both side of the alleyway string across on both sides of where the work is occuring to capture sediment within the area of the work. At the end of the day clean up all sediment and debris within the work area of the alleyway. Also to the RP to change out all of the storm drain inlet protection where it has been delapidated.
