Flow switches at risers #4 and 5 did not function, outside bell did not operate, provide weatherproof devices at the shower rooms, post a listing of account activity with today's date for signals sent at next inspection, provide record drawings indicating field modifications/address changes etc. Remainder of items tested okay include heat and smoke detectors, nac panels, EOL's, relay for mag locks, notification throughout, risers 1thru 3.

Existing heads outside the new production area wall to the south side are overspaced and were to be relocated per approved drawings, overhead modifications at the "green room" and adjacent control room are not included in the scope of work, noted one pendent sprinkler head at the green room is supplied by a drop with an in-line ball vavle with the handle removed, outside bell failed to operate, flow switches at risers #4 and 5 did not function. Celing cover okayed at the new sifting room and the jenny craig production area.
