all work for outdoor kitchen under this permit will need to be complette, nothing for the out door kitchen has been started yet.
Garage unit heater not installed will need combustion air because of tight construction.
Furnace in garage that serves the kitchen needs condensate piping ran, and filter access addressed.
All missing grilles and thermostates on all floors need to be installed,
Range vent and cook top need to be installed, makeup air for range provided by RTU economizers preset partial open, air balance will show proper fresh air value.
Need Balance and Blast report.
Fan needs to be installed in downstairs furnace room.Duct seal and 2nd condensate drain on furnace.
1st furnace in crawl needs 2nd condensate drain ran. 2nd furnace needs both condensates ran.
