dave ; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Patricia Smith..checked all welds on both hoods and grease duct..non-combustible wall behind the hood..they cut the insulation on the side wall so they would have their 18" clearance to combustible. no need for fire-wrap as all the clearances to the grease duct were met. the make-up air is coming from the warehouse and this is per the engineer due to the size of the building..ok to cover..dixie
