I requested Tim Frost to accompany me to this project to verify possible issues with combustible concealed spaces that I had found on the previous days courtesy inspection. We found many areas which have not been provided upright sprinkler protection and when protection is provided will require many additional sprinkler heads. Per the city approved plans only pendant protection below the ceilings has been provided in these areas. I spoke to the sprinkler fitter and let him know that Plan Modifications will be required. I also spoke to Frank and Ricardo with Jacobsen Construction about a possible stop work order if any more piping is covered and the possibility of removing ceilings just to inspect what has already been installed and covered. No sprinkler rough-in inspections have been performed to this point. I notified Scott and Romeo of the situation.

Provide racking permit for the storage racks that are exceeding 8' in height, repair the exit signs/emergency lights, provide lever hardware doors and provide an approved/revised floor plan that shows the breakroom, storage room and the second floor/mezzanin.
