250.32- Seperate building grounding electrode system, underground metal water pipe shall be supplemented by additional rod or pipe as per 250.53(A)(2). As per conversation with 345 issue discussed on rough in and equipment ground and underground metal water pipe all required. Disregard supplemental at house panel.

Inspection request was for IT room grid. 314.29- HVAC unit located above grid in IT room blocksan existing access door to elevator shaft that has electrical boxes. HVAC unit shall be located so access door can be opened 90 degrees for access.
400.12- Flexible cords shall not be installed above grid. Sump pump power cord shall not pass thru or be installed above grid.
