I went over life safety requirements for this project. It appears per the fire review comments that a fire hydrant was to be installed out front and fire sprinklers/alarm systems were to be installed as well. These items have not been installed. Scott and Sam have been contacted.

This inspection turned into a first floor walk through/conference. All of the first floor wing smoke detectors are overspaced, a smoke detector in the common are needs to be relocated closer to the double doors to the wing and visuals are overspaced. Locations are marked on the plans. No testing was performed.

The underground supply piping is ok to cover but the piping layout does not match the city approved print. The changes will need to be reflected on the overhead piping layout and hydraulic calculations prior to final inspection.
