Overhead hydro test failed. See approved plans for locations of puddles and for locations of missing retaining straps. Fire dept connection does meet the requirements of review note #1. Per plans central ty6137 upright were to be installed. But Gem F895 ECOH uprights have been installed. There are no sidewall heads in the head box to verify if correct. The riser room is required to be one hour rated. There are several holes in the wall and around piping penatrations that need taken care of. Provide verification of review note #68 for single truss supporting main. Need head wrenches and nfpa 25 for head box at final. Need certification of the backflow preventor, forward flush and fire alarm supervision at final. 12/9/2004 1:44:09 PM

A temporary occupancy was given. They need address numbers minimum 4" in height. Lower the fire extinguishers to 48" and provide a "Door to remain unlocked when building is occupied" sticker at the main exit. 12/9/2004 2:13:35 PM
