Netcon rating 0. The top tamper switch did not operate. Also the correct address is not being used. The address at the monitoring station was for a project on Explorer Drive which is three miles away. I stated that this item needs corrected immediately.

The Netcon was a 0. Problem is there are bare wires inside the panel. Also trouble signals were reported on the panel as supervisory and sent to the monitoring station as supervisory.
