1 pump is running and discharging through a pipe to the firts culvert. Groundwater is very clear. Straw bale dissipation is still installed at the final outlet west of Anniversary Inn parking lot and is preventing sediment from being churned up.
Water looks good, no new operations started. Approved.

WIP. Birdsong, culdesac, and inlets were recently cleaned as requested. No new erosion on front bank, but there is a significant rill created on the east side of house - may be due to no rooftop drainage system connection yet.
Correction:
-Need to continue cleaning trackout from driveway -Repair rill and contain sediment at site discharge points.

Trackout from site onto Warm Springs and into bike lane needs to be swept. On site, BMPs, fencing, or signage should be installed to keep vehicles off the muddy area and on the sandy driveway base.

Significant trackout to Ardene Street and access way to Dutch Bros.
Need to install a perimeter BMP or construction fencing to restrict access to the open muddy parcel.
It is noted that some of the trackout is from people trespassing and driving in mud, not from construction activity.
Correction:
Sweep at construction entrance to Ardene (by Sonic) and provide better tracking pad.
Called RP Darren with HC and left vm with correction. Will check back.

Observed trackout out onto Maple Grove from the alternate access road to site. Checked on site and found that the tracks were actually not due to construction access and Involta traffic is using Victory View. Looks like trackout is either from someone playing in mud or Idaho Power operations adjacent to their facility.
Involta site is in progress and currently in compliance.

Permit posted, designated concrete washout and material storage area, new storm drains have DI protection, and workers are parking on hard surfaces to limit trackout.
Some sand and dirt in the access road should be swept but not trackout or discharges offsite are occuring. Approved.
