1:30 PM. Met with RP (Randy), City Inspector and Public Works. Stop work order issued.Contractor did not follow plan. Work was to be performed during the seasonally low flow/dry season. Turbid water was discharged from the site. No controls were in place per City inspector on 1/31/13. At time of inspection on 2/1/2013, rock check dams were in place.Contractor must submit a plan to Boise City PDS on how they will prevent discharging turbid water. Discussed several options with the RP. Discussed weather forecast during meeting. Next weather event anticipated on Wednesday (2/6/13). Must have plan and contingency plan in place by then.
