Central Pavement on-site making corrections at time of inspection. Rill erosion and sediment loading onto streets within Hackberry Ranch. Water is pooling on flat area but does not infiltrate quickly enough to reduce pressure on earthen berms which created some blow outs.

Recommended placing gravel check dams at openings to berms and laying down straw to reduce impact of rain and slow down runoff.

Remodel/addition is complete. Construction area has been stabilized. No further ESC inspection necessary.

No blowouts or failures in area. Hunter Homes keeping individual projects clean.

Excessive track out or spill of dirt/mud onto Eckhart. Will need extra sweeping/scraping at the end of the day. The construction entrance was enhanced but it still appears to be failing.

Flat lot in Promotory Ridge. House is built, yard is not yet landscaped. Sidewalks and street are clean. Permit is posted. No prior inspections for this permit.

Interior work ongoing. Surround by concrete so no stabilization is necessary. Can be closed with BLD permit. No violations observed.

Road construction is finished and in use. Shoulders have been hydro-mulched, all equipment and material has been reomved from staging. Will keep ESC permit open to monitor stabilization in progress. BLD has not been finaled.
