After further investigation it is clear that the turbid flow is coming from Crane Creek, not from this project.

BMPs installed to protect storm drain system. Worker vehicles parking on hard surfaces, no significant trackout.

Correction:

Sweep up Grey Pine and Pine Nut and shovel/rake out clumpy mud areas next curbing. Dry weather window will be good time to get ahead of the next rain.

This house near completion, need to removed trash bin and clean gutter/driveway.

Carwash and vehicle display lot are near completion. Irrigation lines, landscaping, and site cleanup are in progress. No trash, trackout, or discharges around site. Auto Drive recently swept with no loose sediment accumulations.

Parking lot is now a compacted pit run but is not yet paved. WIP. No violations observed.

Larry H. Miller collision center expansion project is now in operation under temp. occupancy. Parking lot still has some areas needing paving as well as landscaping. No trackout to Auto Drive, streets and gutters have been recently swept.

No corrections needed. Will continue to monitor stabilization of loose dirt. See also ESC14-00486 (carwash and south parking lot)
