Cement sludge and dirt from site in gutter that has towards the storm drain. Cement truck dripped oil. Mud smells like oil.
Clean up is needed ASAP with re-inspection required Tuesday.

2 PM Developer to explain new ESC plan for EC phases. Site walk through requested.
Plan is to allow dewatering off lots in EC #8 to allow for them to dry and be re-worked. Water will discharge into the new EC#8 pond. This pond is to be cleaned out and re-approved by ACHD (bond issued) so any sediment in the water will be caputured in the permanent stormwater facilities and then cleaned.
Once dewatered, perimeter BMPs will be installed correctly. Other corrections and actions are pending.

WIP on first SFH by Jayo Construction. Both homebuilder and developer will maintain BMPs per Shane. Perimeter BMPs, DI bags, and slope stabilization are currently in good shape. Will need stockpile protection if it is not backfilled - Shane stated it will not stay on that upper lot on Sand Dune on the slope.
No corrections issued at this time. Will continue to monitor since this is first construction on this phase in over 1 year.
