250.142- Grounded circuit conductor shall be allowed to ground non-current carrying metal parts of an enclosure of a service disconnecting means. Grounded conductor is bonded in CT can. Equipment ground through raceway is a parallel path to the grounded conductor. Remove equipment ground from CT can to service disconnecting means.

Questions concerning permanent pool installed indoors.
A disconnecting means shall be located as per 680.13. 1 shall be located above floor and 1 shall be located below floor with in site of equipment due to equipment cover when removed gives access to equipment from above floor and below floor.
Receptacles shall not be located with in 6' of the pool waters edge as per 680.22(A)(3).
Luminaires shall be installed as per 680.22(B)(2).
Permeter surfaces shall be bonded horizonally from waters edge and 5' in height of a permanent wall on pool side only as per 680.26(B)(2).
Metellic components of pool pad (rebar) shall be bonded as per 680.26(B)(3).

250.66- Grounding electrode conductor shall be sized to service entrance conductors. #4 minimum to underground water pipe. Shall connect where enters in basement and then bond cold and hot due to short pvc just inside house.
314.29- All boxes shall be accessible. Upstairs around back sliding glass door a junction is thrown up in soffit above slinding door and a jumper between out lights is run just under siding. Repair and recall.
