Received complaint that contractor was working on site in violation of stop work order. Checked site and found that stop work order conditions had not been corrected. Called Owner, Ms. Kelly at ###-#### and left message on answering machine that any work on site was in violation of stop work order and that next step would be to issue citations to contractor working on site and owner. 2/12/2004 9:46:36 AM
