Discussed plan resubmittals due to modifications including 13 added SD for dampers in the common corridors, added heat and smoke detectors in the elevator hoistway, relay for the mag locks at the main lobby doors, changes in the matrix for unused CR at the elevator smoke doors. Walkthrough for the basement level parking garage completed-noted one overspaced area at a handicap accessible parking space. Discussed project inspection schedule, also need to provide list of signals recieved during pre-testing.

Missing thrust blocks, seismic clearance at the riser SW corner is not sufficient, bolts at mech. tees and 90's need coated and covered.

Fire life safety final inspection passed.

Okay to cover overhead install with the exception of three locations including first floor water closet where tenting is inadequate for the sprinkler drop, head adjacent to the basement spiral stairway not yet installed, and an overspaced pendent head at a basement bedroom. Remainder of correction items noted on 2/11 repaired. Contractor to maintain adequate cold cavity protection throughout the attic spaces.
