Concrete washoutt is 75% full and needs to be maintained and a new washout needs to be constructed. Contacted Clint Wall and Paul (RP) for this subdivision stating so. Both Clint and Paul stated they will get a new concrete washout constructed. Also significant trackout throughout project needs sweeping. Paul and Clint both stated they will get issues corrected.

Contractor is currently loading all building materials onto trailers to haul off. Some sweeping still needs to occur on sidewalk and gutter. RP stated excavater is broke down, but will be back onsite next wednesday at latest. He will remove the stockpile and replace damaged waddle. Will reinspect after IECA Texas convention
