Today was the beginning of the 10% testing. All a/v's worked and roughly 30 initiating devices were tested satifactory in the basement, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The test will be continued tomorrow. I reminded Tom Hayes that the door mag issue to the second floor library still needs resolved prior to final sign off.

The inspection today was for the insulation in the overbuilds. When the bottom layer of insulation was removed I found that the overbuild had not been filled with insulation. The job superintendant stated that he would get them entirely filled and call in another inspection for tomorrow.
