Need to re-install sediment perimeter controls at back of lot.
Clean up all sediment debris of of all hard surfaces.
Maintain trash pick up surrounding the lot area. They also provided a concrete washout out pit for both lots under construction. Will re-inspect on 2/20/09.

2. Clean up valley gutter infront of the east side construction acccess. Found concrete residuel. Will re-inspect on 2/18/09.

1. Maintain concrete washout.
2. Place signage at both washout pits.
3. Keep up on the good house keeping.
