Head is overspaced in supply room 124 see NFPA 13 8.6.3.2.4 and 3.3.20, need the correct temp head installed in the server room within direct air flow of the unit heater, need to correct the 4-way EQ brace at 2" main, missing retaining strap at 1 1/4 branch line hanger, provide approved resubmittals reflecting changes showing added DP, changed room layouts, deleted closets, added heads at walls and new 2" line to added heads in the restrooms, rooms on the east side are covered and not inspected at this time, provide verification the exposed wood above the ceiling at the south end is treated, new office area only inspected for rough-in as marked on plans at this time.

Provide access doors at two locations as indicated on approved plans for in-duct smoke detectors, provide signage at the door to the FACP room, replace non-functional batteries in the FACP.
