Site has perimeter bmps in place. Plan has been ammended for wattles instead of silt fence.
Stabilizedconstruction entrance has been properly installed.
Sigh has been posted at Temp power pole at the left side of project and not at entrance due to evoding vandlism or theft os sign. I have approved this location.
Site has passed inspection. "Stop Work Order" has been pulled. Work can commence as of 2/15/08
