RP returned call. The stockpile was left onsite due to the excavator going to the hospital. Draper Construction will haul stockpile away today and take to their construction yard. They will also sweep up the site.
Will reinspect at end of day or Tuesday 2/18.

Uncontained stockpile on pavement parking lot. Close to sidewalk and gutter, though sheet flow goes to drainage swale.. Close proximity to Boise River. No DI bag on downstream MS4. No sediment discharge at this time, but if rain continues it could occur.
Verbal correction notice issued to RP Keith via voicemail. Will conduct follow up call and inspection next week.

Wattles at driveway have been driven. Muddy water is starting to run over to neighbors. No MS4 on street, but wattles need to be repaired and contractors should park elsewhere if possible.
Verbal correction notice given to RP. He stated he will fix ASAP today.
