210.21(B)(1)- A singe receptacle installed on a individual branch circuit shall not have a ampere rating less than that of the branch circuit. 30 amp single receptacle with 40 amp overcurrent protection.
590.6(B)- Receptacles for temp power other than 120 volt shall have GFCI protection.
