"Office" room 905 is now a confrence room requiring visual notification, provide smoke detection at the restroom and telephone rooms, relocate SD in the lobby to afford proper coverage, the "closet" room lacks proper visual notification, provide an additional strobe to cover the blind spot at the east common area, dB level in the storage room is not adequate, the penthouse AV is non-functional on audio, provide resubmittals reflecting all modifications and required changes.

Today's inspection was for the 1st floor shell wet system at the north and east perimeter areas for future TI spaces and the start of the 24 hr. air test for 2nd floor dry system, one branch line is overspaced at the south end from a wall as noted on plans, heads in the pump room must be properly spaced for 130ft/2, changes in branch line routing at the electrical room to be shown on resubmittals with all other field changes on this floor, two TI spaces facing Broad St. have been completed prior to shell inspection at these locations, discussed hydro testing requirements for the first floor partial areas, began the 24 hr. air test of the 2nd floor dry system at 10:30 @ 43psi.

Fire life safety is acceptable pending resolution of item # 1 on the building fire code review notes for provision of one hour construction at the riser room or PIV installation. NOTE: if a PIV is installed, the valve must be electrically supervised for which an alarm permit is required.
2/17/06 - Approved by D. Hanneman for TOC based on AS and FA permit modifications having been submitted today for the Wall PIV modification and monitoring and written assurance from AS and FA contractors that work will be completed within 7 days. SLR
