Flush was not scheduled with water purveyor on day of request for flush, underground flush will need to be coordinated with contractor and water purveyor to open underground valve for flush witnessing, request for flush will need to be rescheduled to coincide with coordinated time between contractor and water purveyor.

Previously noted items have been completed. Final fire sprinkler inspection complete, final fire alarm inspection is complete, fire extinguishers are in place with curent inspection tags, knox box is in place, knox caps are in place on FDC/standpipe. Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.

Rough to cover inspection for overhead fire sprinkler piping on level 1 area of work complete, notated city approved drawings area approved for cover.
