The approved stamped plans do not reflect the actual field installation, a drop ceiling is indicated on approved plans, however the space has been completed and installed with uprights for an OTS ceiling. As installed the uprights are blocked by beams and overspaced in certain locations, need to remove the uprights above the restroom hard lids, provide plan resubmittal reflecting accurate information regarding construction details and correct sprinkler layout prior to next inspection.

Heads are not cut in at any location for verification of spacing or installation method, the "work room" designated as OTS will require a drop ceiling or provide upright sprinkler protection for the entire space/cavity above all ceiling areas.

On site confrence to discuss construction modifications that may affect fire sprinkler coverage. Two locations at the west side will require changes in sprinkler coverage to avoid "cold solder" of heads that are now located too close together due to wall removal. A fire sprinkler permit is necessary to perform this work.
