Four areas of issues were found at the test run of the dewatering channel.

1. Side cut of the channel is to low. The edge needs to rise at least 12" in 2 locations.

2. Where the over lapping of the 8mil plastic is the seem need to be secured with achor pins on the bottom flap. Also weighted non erodible materail needs to be placed on top flap of the seam to minuimize backflow under the bottom flap.
3. Place additional boulders at the discharge point of the channel into the pond to slow down the velocity to pervent bank scouring. Will be having another test run on 2/18/10 at 8:30am.

Verbal to RP:
Needs additional silt fence along the south east endof lot where project is next to a storm basin.

Verbal message to RP:
1. Clean up all hard surface of all sediment and debris.
2. Place all concrete washot into the washout pit. Will re-inspect on 2/18/10 PM.

Correction Notice: (Written, Verbal to RP)
1. Clean up all conrete & sediemnt out of the gutterpan and sidewalk.
2. Maintain storm drain and clean out the inlet protection.
Failure to comply will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 2/18/10 PM.
