Discussed exposed MC cable below beams 1st floor and fire pump wiring.
330.12(1)- MC cable shall not be ran exposed to physical damage. Areas from floor to 8' are exposed to physical damage as per 300.5(D)(1). MC shall be enclosed in soffit for protection. I was able to grab standing on floor.
695.4(B)(2)- Individual sources of power. Overcurent device shall carry indefinitely the sum of locked rotor current of fire pump. Fire pump controller rated 25 hp with 25 hp pump. Mian breaker states may not trip until 1500 amp load reached.
