A temporary occupancy was issued. Per Sam Rogers, Ron Hill and I the owner is to utilize the front exit that was shown to be blocked as a temporary second exit until the rear exit has been revised to meet plans. Provide two 2A10BC fire extinguishers mounted no higher than 48" AFF with current inspection tags. Mount in locations as discussed. Repair the exit sign at the front exit. Cover all electrical outlets. Remove bar/dead bolt from the rear exit door and provide approved hardware. Both doors must open with a single motion. Both doors must swing out. Provide exit sign/emergency light at the rear door.

Need to provide review comments. Need to finish work work at the entrance. It appears one sprinkler needs to be added outside of the entry way. Provide spare heads and head wrench. Provide rest of ceiling tile in the framing room. Provide additional hydraulic stickers for new remote areas at the riser. Verify that the existing backflow does or does not need to be forward flushed to verify the new/higher flow rate of the storage area.
