3. Maintain all storm drain inlets.

Failure to comply with the given time frame will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 2/4/09 AM.

Went over the requiremnets to reach the "final stabilization" with the city requirements. Also gave him an understanding of the guideline of the Federal requirements to file there NOT. Will re-inspect 2 months from now to see if the hydro-seeding has establish growth to meet the requirements for a final.

Went over the scope of work with the contractor. Also did a infield training with Eric Strole over stream bank crossing pertaining with erosion and sediment control.
