Discussed the condition of existing ceiling area and conference areas. All unsupported raceways shall be removed or if remaining shall be supported as per NEC. Conference rooms, 1- 300 sq.ft. shall have 7 total receptacles with 1 located in floor, 2- 156 sq. ft. 4 total receptacles and no floor receptacle required. Existing light boxes located above grid shall have receptacle removed due to being used as a blank for box. Listed bland covers shall be installed. Exist flourescent luminares to be relocated near original location, shall provide support wires and support fixture whips longer than 6'.
