GC/RP is placing fencing on open lot to prevent tresspassing and will provide construction entrance when the mud next to house dries. Initial corrections are satisfactory.

The porta-pot company drove their truck into the mud and created track out down Hilton Street. Talked to RP/GC on site, and he was beginning to clean and the portapot company was coming to sweep/clean.

I gave verbal warning to clean by end of the day and provide drop inlet protection on MS4 down the street.
