Concrete has been washed out on vacant lot accross gatewood ln (Not Contained in Leak Proof Containment). Non-Permitted Stockpiling at the intersection of Gatewood & Hiawatha (needs to be permitted) Contacted Prestige Homes main office and left voicemail for RP Scott Zigler disclosing multiple violations and to contact me back asap and address these issues CORRECTION NOTICE POSTED

Trackout coming off a few lots, Drop Inlet BMP maintenance required throughout site. Access road where it appears the public as driven through mulitiple times, and also through the adjacent lot causing trackout down Ardyce all the way to Cloverdale. Contacted Mr. Conger to disclose the issues, and he stated he will get on it right away today
