after 3:30 please Phone #: ###-#### needs to get a permit for the duplex conversion before plumbing final. this permit is for the basement apartment, covered without an inspection, seems to function ok the upstairs has been replumbed without permits and is not a part of this inspection. the upstairs fixtures seem to function but are not vented.
